School-Based Health Centers

Your gift supports Rush's School-Based Health Centers and the Adolescent Family Center which provides primary, sexual, reproductive health care and mental health support services for youths living on Chicago's West and South Side. Your GivingTuesday gift can keep young people healthy and on track for successful adulthood.  

• $110: Provides vaccination supplies to 20 children in Rush’s School-Based Health Centers.
• $200: Purchases diapers and wipes for two patients seen at the Rush Adolescent Family Center.
• $250: Provides basic hygiene products for 25 students seen in the Rush’s School-Based Health Centers.
