Rush Affirm

Gifts of any size supports safe, accessible, comprehensive care and educational services to those who identify as LGBTQ+.

$30 – Support one patient in accessing gender affirming hormone therapy for one month

$100 will provide 2-hours of therapy for those uninsured

$180 – Provide one patient an assessment with a mental health professional who can write a letter of readiness for gender affirming surgery

$300 – Sponsor a group psychotherapy session for LGBTQIA+ patients seeking to build and support mental health

Rush is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. As such, donations are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by the law. For your tax purposes, Rush will provide a letter documenting the amount and date of your philanthropic donation.
